   SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS- Manage the critical mission support functions throughout FMBO and GAO and a staff of employees assigned to perform special projects for the Controller, responsible for human capital-related activities including workforce planning and management activities directly applicable to GAO\'s Headquartered staff. Implemented the contingent worker module, which tracks non-Federal employees (contractors, persons of interest, contingent workers, etc.) and provides a database to store information for non-federal personnel creating the government ability to report on government-funded equipment (GFE), limited to contracting officer representatives to keep an accurate track of the number of contractors with building and network access ensuring our security controls are tightened. Manage the critical mission support functions throughout FMBO and GAO and a staff of employees assigned to perform special projects for the Controller, responsible for human capital-related activities including workforce planning and management activities directly applicable to GAO\'s Headquartered staff. Led the conversion to a new financial system, Momentum, successful rollout of this financial system was not only received at the team level, but agency-wide as the financial system is used agency-wide for any financial or budgetary tasks, the effort was highly visible and successfully managed, and ensured renewals were timely, and options were exercised on our contracts and Inter-Agency Agreements
