About Bivek Ostwal Jain
Bivek is currently working with Vayana Network\'s - Web 3 & Corporate Development team. He was involved in building Web 3 Technology based Real World Asset Tokenisation Platform (A peer to peer Stablecoin Platform and a Swiss CMTA Standards based Bond Tokenisation Platform) & selling the software as a SaaS or a white lable solution in global Markets. He helped set up the Securitization Team at Vayana and originated/successfully negotiated India\'s 1st Trade Receivable Securitizations Transaction. He is also working with the Central Strategy Team on Investor Relations, Equity & Debt Fund Raise, Partnerships & other New Initiatives. Previously, part of the Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions (Global Markets) Team at Yes Bank and IndusInd Bank respectively, where he was managing large Indian Corporates, Private & Public Sector Banks, NBFIs, DFIs and Mutual funds as Credit Relationship Manager and Financial Markets Relationship Manager respectively. He holds an MBA with specialization in Finance from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and has completed his Chartered Accountancy and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta University. He previously worked with PwC India as a consultant in the Risk Advisory Division focused on Business Process Reviews for Indian companies across sectors such as – FMCG and Manufacturing Skilled in Product/Market Research, Business Development and Strategy. He enjoys traveling and has a keen interest in football and formula 1.
