Presently (since January 2012) based in Mumbai working with the Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd – a home grown MNC of $22 billion as Deputy General Manager in the Corporate Finance Department since April 2016. From January 2012 to March 2016 I had worked in “Rural Strategy & Insights” department under Group Strategy Office. In my present role here (April 2016 till date), I am responsible for ESG integrated investment management strategies for the group. The relation between environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and corporate financial performance provides the rationale for ESG funding from the investors. I also have the responsibility to curate different L&D courses for the F&A community of the group for their learning and development. I have the credit of developing chat bots and online micro learning modules for the Group employees. I am also co curating courses on finance for professional with the leading academic institutions of Mumbai. I have curated a course on finance for the CXOs which was implemented for 11 CXOs of our Group. I have the credit of curation of many courses for the F&A community of the group. Besides this, I also created chat bots and online micro learning modules for the Group employees. I am also co curating courses on finance for professional with the leading academic institutions of Mumbai. At “Rural Strategy & Insights” department of Group Strategy Office, my job profile was to promote strategic partnership with Govt and international institutions. I had promoted strategic partnership with Govt and international institutions (Like MoRD, IFC) for Projects. I have also developed a model (based on 33 indicators and using data set of 10 years) of ranking districts for the launch of our products. My thought papers and business insight papers with statistical analysis of data for business expansion in rural areas are worth mentioned.
