Those diverse perspectives inform my approach, and I am bringing that to our digital transformation. I get energized by pursuing new and novel solutions, and in a rapidly changing world, we need those new approaches to old problems!And it’s important to me that we take a highly-collaborative team approach to these opportunities. The way I view business is through the lens of team athletics and leadership – I played both baseball and football in college and have spent time leading men and women in the Army.(And my kids are continuing the tradition today).
