Responsible within ISC Region & through DSV Global network to set, develop to achieve & exceed the Ocean freight budgets/ Gross profits & Growth targets via competitive strategy & product differentiation on all service offerings of FCL, LCL & door-door through Carrier / Coloader management & stakeholders. This role has a team for which it is responsible & functionally reports to the Senior Director Ocean Freight - ISC Region. • To develop and design the DSV network to best support FCL /LCL strategy. • To develop, manage and maintain product performances via product development, pricing & subcontractor management. • To ensure FCL / LCL Product Strategy geared to reach profitable and sustainable growth along growth and margin targets aligned to DSV Product budgets. • To develop and define FCL/ LCL products, service specifications and respective expectations aligned to Product Strategy as well as to Sales Strategies of Industry Verticals Areas & Trade lanes. • To optimize the Global Cost of Sales for Ocean Freight LCL from CFS to CFS • To execute the Sea Freight policies, standards and guidelines at Country level.
