About Mihir Biswas
I am a third-year LL.B. student at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, with a keen interest in corporate and commercial law.I have hands-on experience through internships where I supported in legal research and drafting, specifically contract law, commercial documentation, and dispute resolution. My experience has included drafting and reviewing legal documents, developing case summaries, and assisting with client documentation and case development.To enhance my skill set, I have done a Diploma in Advanced Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Dispute Resolution through Lawsikho, as well as formal training in certified legal research through Manupatra Academy. I am also currently completing Diploma in Legal English Communication for lawyers through Lawsikho. These experiences have allowed me to develop expertise in analytical, drafting, and research skills related to corporate law practice.I am eager to intern with law firms and legal departments where I can gain experience in corporate transactions, commercial advisory work, and dispute resolution, while also contributing to the team through dedicated research and drafting assistance.I am interested in internships, learning opportunities as well as work related opportunities in corporate and commercial law.
