I am the CIO for corporate function systems and IT portfolios at Cognizant Technology Solutions, a Fortune 200 company that provides IT services and solutions to clients across the world. With over 20 years of experience at Cognizant, I have been directly involved in building and managing the IT systems that support the growth of this global organization, from under $650 million to over $21 billion in revenues and associates.My current focus includes driving companywide AI roadmap and a pipeline of 200+ Generative AI opportunities and multi-agentic AI orchestration platform rollout. Over 220 use cases and 130 agents are in production with enterprise-wide adoption (One Cognizant AI Assist platform). I also lead AI technology capability buildout for global IT including RAG, Model tuning, small language/open-source model evaluation, embedding responsible AI framework and guardrails, etc. In the last 24 months, my team has adopted AI codegen and deployment processes, and delivered transformative results through a mix of forward deployed engineering, rapid prototyping and MVP creation.My core competencies include IT roadmap creation, global program execution, portfolio management, vendor and partner management, architecture, and solution road-mapping, SOX and compliance management, cyber security risk management and remediation, and IT portfolio rationalization. I have successfully delivered some of the largest ERP, HCM, and SAAS transformations in the world, securing the CIO100 and Infoweek awards. I have also handled technology integration for acquisitions made by Cognizant and played a significant role in cybersecurity recovery, remediation, and maturity programs over the years. Over 220 use cases and 130 agents are in production with enterprise-wide adoption (One Cognizant AI Assist platform). I also lead AI technology capability buildout for global IT including RAG, Model tuning, small language/open-source model evaluation, embedding responsible AI framework and guardrails, etc.I am heavily involved in driving global digital and AI programs, Cyber Security maturity and remediation programs, SAAS implementations, M&A integrations, technology resiliency, cyber response management, vendor partner management, IT governance, and SOX processes.Additionally, I also lead the horizontal technology functions globally, including Budgets, Resource Management, Vendor Management, Automation, Development Programs, and Common tech platforms.Played a leading role in the creation and management of the IT backbone for the company covering core ERP, HCM, Business Intelligence, and hundreds of other systems, as the company grew from $650 associates to $21 associates.
