Monitoring financial and regulatory risk of the bank.Regular monitoring the operation parameters of branches as per Bank’s guideline by visiting there and checking Vouchers, Registers, System Generated Reports, Statutory Notice Board etc.Guiding and following up for system generated triggers for irregular transactions.Resolving regulatory and customer escalations in co-ordination with legal and other back end teams.Discussion the irregularities found during the visit with branch staff and on spot rectification.Handlings of day to day branch banking operational queries and provide instant resolution.Checking of branch operational health and hygiene as per given checklist of Bank Standard and beyond to ensure adherence to the laid down guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies.Checking of physical cash and bank balance, deliverables and other security items during visit with system generated report and register.Train, motivate and guide the branch employees so that they are able to drive business in a compliant way.Verifications of all the accounting entries & vouchers based on the exception report received from HO and generated during visit.Following up with branches to submit EDD related trigger report within TAT to HO monitoring team.Keep a close watch on compliance and revolve AML issues, RTO and Customer Service Request within prescribed TAT of the branches.Monitoring of Cash Holding Limit and FTNR rate of the cluster and keeping them within approved limit.
