Biswa is an ethical, passionate and transparent leader highly experienced in handling the entire gamut of finance and tax functions for large manufacturing and service organisations. He has more than 25 years of experience in Finance and Tax of renowned global corporations primarily in the Manufacturing segment including Industrial Machinery, Chemicals, Elevators & Escalators and Industrial & Safety Equipment manufacturing. Currently, he is the Global Director of Transfer Pricing at Danfoss Group. He has held multiple senior leadership roles across Tax and Finance across global and regional level, including Global Director of Tax Digitalization at Danfoss Group, Global Head of Tax Projects at Danfoss Power Solutions, Commercial Controller of Asia Pacific Hydraulics business at Eaton Corporation, and multiple pan-India CFO/divisional controller roles across various multinational corporations. As a part of the Leadership Team of various businesses and functions, he held pivotal roles in achieving desired financial and operational metrics and enabling business growth.The combination of length and breadth of experience across industries and organizations has enabled him to develop a deeper expertise in areas such as Corporate Finance, Controllership, Business and Finance Strategy, Treasury & Cash Management, Credit Control, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Risk Management, Internal Control, Statutory Compliance, Corporate Governance and Audit, coupled with outstanding stakeholder relationship management, team building, training and business analytical skills.
