Managed and provided a range of essential administrative leadership and operational support to the Hallsville Quarter Site, a £600 million town centre developed by the London Borough of Newham, in partnership with Linkcity, Bougues’ UK development arm, in Canning Town, London E16 and part of the £3.7bn Canning Town and Custom House regeneration project, providing 1,100 new homes with parking facilities, open public spaces and community facilities like new pedestrian links and cyclist provision and over of leisure and retail space.Responsibilities also encompassed the comprehensive management of all resident and contractor communications, including professional engagement via telephone, email, and digital ticketing systems. Formulated and distributed monthly resident newsletters, daily notices, and organised a variety of resident events and engagement initiatives, fostering a strong sense of community and ensuring resident satisfaction remains at the heart of estate management.Supervise the maintenance and accuracy of the resident database for 677 apartments, meticulously reviewing and approving new registrations through detailed analysis of lease agreements and ensuring strict adherence to relevant statutory requirements. Proactive supervision of weekly and monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), where I direct the concierge and security teams in conducting thorough inspections of building assets and the estate infrastructure.Collaborate with reputable and vetted contractors and obtain quotations, monitor contract performance, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timely service delivery and adherence to quality maintenance standards. Overall, my role at POD is a blend of administrative excellence, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight, qualities that underpin successful estate management within prestigious, large-scale regeneration projects.
