I am currently playing the role of a Domain Lead for a Telecom Giant for Europe region, handling Project Delivery Management areas leading a transformation program in Salesforce Industries domain, have been a key member in identifying CRs and presenting them forward to the Leadership team thereby identifying the key areas for Revenue Generation, handling a team of 31 members.• I have worked as a Technical Project Manager leading a team of 4 members for a Manufacturing Rental Giant in the Europe region, helping them develop their Customer Onboarding form right from the scratch for their customers and partners. • I have also worked on Service Cloud implementation (Service and Field Service Request handling) for a Swiss Manufacturing MNC involving enhancement to the core product wrt a particular geographical requirement as a Project Manager.• Have voluntarily taken up additional responsibilities based upon bandwidth like Practice Delivery Lead for a E&U major, understanding the high level of operations from both Practice and Accounts prospective and identifying areas for Project Farming, Project Mining and managed at account level, helped to grow the account in crossing 50+ BHC.
