Providing oversight of the vibration program and asset condition monitoring with focus on high levels of safety, maximizing equipment reliability, while optimizing effective use of resources- Overseeing multiple projects execution including testing, commissioning activities, health and safety Plan, quality control, and maintaining all related documents- Providing leadership, coaching, and technical support to the maintenance team and junior Engineers- Following up with maintenance crew to ensure that the scheduled maintenance plan is implemented and providing technical support when needed- Developing a clear plan to optimize the vibration program, identifying the major gaps that needed immediate attention, and driving the main strategic productivity initiatives- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures- Reviewing and creating the governing documents, management of program, resolution of program gaps, development and implementation of short term and long-term plans- Engaging plant stakeholders with the decisions related to machinery health to ensure that proper goals were met- Reviewing vendors/contractors’ proposals and providing input to support the commercial side of business- Supporting the business in troubleshooting activities and prescribing maintenance work to repair degraded equipment- Utilizing Root Cause Analysis methods to enhance plant efficiency and avoid any re-occurring emergency situations- Providing memos on behalf of the reliability section to strategically enhance the vibration program efficiency- Always adapting to support other departments with being flexible and changing priorities- Participating in multi-disciplinary engineering teams to support the stations in resolution of critical and rapidly evolving issues- Carrying out routine vibration data reviews, analysis, and trending.
