Trust is one of the single most valuable assets in business. What good is an employee that you cannot trust? What good is a service that cannot be relied upon? While qualifications have their place, being able to have faith in someone\'s abilities and skills is a much a much more important attribute. I was raised to understand the value of trust and be the kind of person that will earn it. All of my actions are guided by the idea that everything I do is a reflection of myself. To gain trust, one must prove themselves. One of my best qualities is my consistency. In all aspects of life, I strive for consistent and great results. Your attitude toward big responsibilities is molded by how you handle small responsibilities. I approach my work with the same mindset whether the job is thrilling, monotonous, or just an average job. For instance, I worked as a counselor at a summer camp. Some of the duties were encouraging fun, mentoring kids, or maintenance. While certain activities were less enjoyable than others, I treated them all with the same diligence knowing that the trust that was placed in me deserved my best effort despite tough circumstances.
