I m handling all operations activities Setting of Casting Parameters like mould water, taper adjustment, heat flux variation, SEN ramping schedule, water flow in different zones in segments etc.Online monitoring of slabs quality on parsytech to control caster defects such as LC, alumina streaks, edge cracks, edge burrs etc and taking immediate possible rectification in casting procedure. Responsibility of Cast Start as a Pulpit operator and heat connection.§ Maximizing Casting Speed by proper co-ordination with EAF, LF regarding lifting temperature, molten metal chemistry in accordance with Monthly Business Plan.To meet the Production Targets with quality product via accident free operational measures and adherence to PPE usage.Maximizing sequence length by proper co-ordination with the PPIC, LF and Rolling Mill.Crane management during sequence break, inventory management at caster platform. Maintaining Housekeeping and 5S on the casting floor and pulpit.
