Professionalität, Fairness und Struktur sind die Triebfedern meiner Arbeit. Im Zentrum meiner Arbeit stehen Menschen - Kunden, Kollegium, Mitarbeitende, Bewerbende oder andere Persönlichkeiten. Das Gegenüber ganzheitlich als Mensch und nicht nur als wirtschaftlich kalkulierbare Ressource wahrzunehmen, ist für mich Grundlage meiner Handlungen und Voraussetzung für meine erfolgreiche Arbeit. Die Anerkennung meiner Vorgesetzten, selbstorganisierte, stabile und fluktuationsarme Teams sowie loyale Kollegen bestärken mich darin, dass dieser Weg richtig ist. Meine Arbeit (als Personal- und Finanzleiterin) spiegelt klar wider, dass wirtschaftliches, zielorientiertes Denken und Handeln mit humanistischem Personalmanagement einhergehen können. Ich bin überzeugt: zufriedene Mitarbeitende prägen erfolgreiche Unternehmen.Durch Disziplin, strategisches Handeln und gezielte Selbstreflektion verbessere ich mich und mein Tun stetig.Professionalism, fairness and structure are the driving forces of my work. People are at the focus of my work - clients, colleagues, employees, applicants or other personalities. For me, perceiving the other person holistically as a human being and not just as an economically calculable resource is the basis of my actions and a prerequisite for my successful work. The recognition of my superiors, self-organized, stable and low fluctuation teams as well as loyal colleagues encourage me that this is the right way to go. My work (as a HR and a finance manager) clearly reflects that economic, goal-oriented thinking and acting can go hand in hand with humanistic personnel management. I am convinced: satisfied employees shape successful companies.Through discipline, strategic action and targeted self-reflection, I constantly improve myself and my actions.
