Leading a team of 5 providing a full spectrum of HR core services within the EMEA region covering 14 countries. Key responsibilities- manage payroll function for the region - working together with our global broker to ensure benefits offering is in line with our policies and rewards philosophy and renewed in timely manner - advise people managers and HR Business partners regarding employee relations such as grievances, disciplinary matters and terminations - follow up on changes to local legislation and translate these into policies to ensure compliance - review existing policies and procedure to improve our services - lead HR business continuity plan for the region - participate to ad hoc HR projects when required
