With over 20 years of leadership experience across the water, energy, telecommunications, IT and electronic consumer goods sectors, I currently serve as Vice President Sales at Diehl Metering, overseeing business across Central, Northern, Eastern Europe, and Eurasia.Previously, I held the position of Vice President at Schneider Electric, where I led the Services business with full P&L responsibility and driving digital transformation. My career journey also includes leadership and managing director roles at Nokia, Gigaset and Siemens with a focus on product management, sales, service, corporate development and large-scale transformation initiatives.Beyond my corporate roles, I built my own company and supported SMEs as an executive interim manager and strategic transformation coach. My passion lies in building new business units, driving change, and empowering teams. I am known for my communicative leadership style and for fostering environments where people and ideas thrive.
