I have been playing following crucial role and responsibilities as a Sr. Testing Engineer because of my knowledge of making of Flexible Cables as per IS:69•••10, Instrumentation cables as per BS:5308 (Pt-1 & 2) 1986, Power Cables as per IEC:60502 (Pt-1), and IS:7098 (Pt-1) 1988, Control Cables as per IS:1554 (Pt-1) 1988, Fire Survival Cables as per IS-17505 (Pt-1) 2021, HFFR (Halogen Free Flame Retardant) Cables as per IS:17•••••18 :– Performing Final Electrical and Physical tests of finished cables as per IS:10•••••84, IEC and ASTM. Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products of customers.Performing customer inspections and inspection documentations i.e. Routine Test, Acceptance Test, Type Test, Incoming Raw Materials Test Certificate, In-process Inspection Report, and Instruments Calibration details. Monitoring mass analysis and Physical Dimensions Monitoring all NC (non-conformance) product as well as take corrective action and root cause analysis.To review calibration of instruments of laboratories. reparation of working instruction for supervisor to complete day task and to reach the target. Monitoring the efficiency of labours direct individually & reporting their performance to QA/QC Manager every day. Regular co-ordination with Sales Team, Production Team and Design Team to drive growth and development of product by solving difficulties faced by customers. Monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials.
