As a Project Manager with experience in the Cloud Migration, IT Infrastructure and Telecom (Wired/Wireless), I have consistently demonstrated my ability to drive success through strategic planning and execution. I have experience in managing a project budget of over €15+ Mn annually while ensuring sustainability and meeting stakeholder expectations.My skills in AWS, PMP, Agile and JIRA helped me ensure that projects were delivered on time and within budget, meeting customer expectations and improving operational efficiency.I also served as Project Manager, PMO, where I led a team of 4 PMs, 12 SMEs, and 15 architects I am capable of maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with all PMO-related activities, including reporting and resource planning. Earlier in my career, I served as a Project Manager at Ceragon Networks, where I was part of the team that launched the 1st LTE network in India. I was responsible for MPLS link delivery for corporate clients of TTSL, Bharti Airtel, and Aircel over microwave, as well as team management of over 35 Engineers & technical resources. I was responsible for the P/L account of the circle and PMO activities for Eastern India & neighboring countries, including all the reporting, compliance, resource, and budget allocation.My skills include PMP, JIRA, SharePoint, Transition & Transformation, Data Center Migration, and Microwave.
