Got elevated as RPM-Regional Process Manager got involved in Operational Expansion Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Recruitment, Training\'s of Field Staff, succession planning, Cost Control and other responsibilities as and when directed by the management. Worked as as Regional Process Manager based at Muzaffarpur in L&T Financial Services looked after 21 Branches of Muzaffarpur with 206 Field Staff, 21 BMs, 21 BOMs and 4 TMs. Team handling of 21 Directly and 231 Indirectly Team members.
