Planning, Monitoring, Execution & Evaluation of Micro-Credit operation at BASIX in Rajasthan, at MIMO in Uttrakhand and parts of UP states and then in HDFC Bank after a successful launch of Micro Finance Operations in Jammu (2011-13) then in Chapra, Saran District of Bihar and also worked in L&T Financial Services Ltd from 27th February,2018 Till 4th February,2022, First based at Lauriya-West Champaran, Bettiah and Narkatiyaganj as Territory Manager under Micro Loan Department handling 12 Branches of 112 Team staff with 84581 Clients Base and maintaining 99.99% CE (From 27th February,2018 Till 31st Decemeber-2019). Got elevated as RPM-Regional Process Manager got involved in Operational Expansion Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Recruitment, Training\'s of Field Staff, succession planning, Cost Control and other responsibilities as and when directed by the management. Worked as as Regional Process Manager based at Muzaffarpur in L&T Financial Services looked after 21 Branches of Muzaffarpur with 206 Field Staff, 21 BMs, 21 BOMs and 4 TMs. Team handling of 21 Directly and 231 Indirectly Team members. Currently Responsible in executing BC Model of JSFB-Jana Small Finance Bank project MFI Lending in Tirhut and Champaran Division of Bihar as Regional Manager, MFI Lending from 5th Feb-2025 till date.The primary focus of my work has always been to facilitate practical and innovative solutions that promote the delivery of a wide range of competitive and sustainable market led financial services (Savings, Credit, Insurance, and Remittance) to low income households.
