Introduced, designed, and implemented ALS (advanced loan system) web services to SECU, these services improve UX and CPU utilization for loan transactions from all user channels. The next steps include migration to Mulesoft.Engaged with various applications that interface with the GN & ALS systems, such as MARGO, CIF, and Loan Origination System.Collaborated with the RTC source control team to ideate and develop a migration process for managing development and deployment.Led and managed several migration efforts including, CAP migration for GN & ALS applications and upgrading the FIS ALS system. Resulting in standardization and greater utilization of FIS vendor software.(CAP181 to CAP202; CAP216 to CAP181; AM991 to AM216)Involved in brainstorming customization of PARMS, usage parameters, for GN & ALS implementation for SECU.Elicited requirements from business units to produce (BRDs) business requirement documents for several projects and initiatives.Conducted knowledge transfer sessions to showcase findings regarding GN/ALS systems.Consulted with external vendors regarding migration and upgrade processes.
