Production engineer in induction melting furnace divisionROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES-manage all communication with supervisors and ensure efficiency of all fabrication process and resolve all issues for processes- Coordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain quality of all work processes in systems- Prepare estimates and quotes for all supply materials and assist to fabricate and weld all products-Assist factory manager and prepare reports on regular basis after final inspections-Provide support to all total productive maintenance programs and design all fabrication processesand appropriate schedules-Collaborate with work team and assist in delivery projects-Manage and maintain manpower needs and drive training initiatives to close gaps in flexibility to meet customer demand -Supervise the activities of the production floor and follows all established safety/ housekeeping /discipline, administrative and work procedures-Prepare assembly/production as per drawing area by adhering to all standard work instructions -Ensure proper methods of handling rejected material on the floor and retrieve additional productionmaterial as needed from stockroom-Co-ordinations with PPC, Design, Purchase, Production, Assembly, Quality, Logistics etc-Production Planning and work allocation monitoring of progress- Daily attendance & shift report, Daily & weekly production reporting to management-Planning for Consumables and inventory control, Raising material / Consumables / Machine procurement requirements.
