About Bipin Bihari Dubey

Bipin is a staunch practitioner of Gandhian idea of empowering and enabling people to be sustainable. In past 6 years, he has niched a path for himself where his multifarious experience of journalism, activism and social welfare has been put to use. As a Gandhi Fellow with Piramal Foundation he worked towards capacity building in education sector in under privileged areas. As a CMGGA with Haryana government, he contributed in efficient implementation of Chief Minister\'s Flagship Programs in Haryana, bridging the gap between society and administration. His ability to enable growth and development by acting as catalyst was polished at IPAC which later led him to venture independently as a Political Analyst with his organisation, Political Sampark. His understanding of building political campaigns based on grassroot issues has brought success to the organization in many states like Assam, Punjab, Gujarat, Bihar, etc. with top political parties. His collaborative streak makes him a natural team leader and that is why he has been able to lead teams of close to 100 members with much ease.
