ABOUT ANGELOS ECHIADIS
An experienced and passionate MedTech leader, innovator, strategist, biomedical engineer and continuous learner, specialising in wearable technology, medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics with 20 years of experience in developing medical software and hardware to measure human physiology, anatomy and biology. I lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions to difficult problems, while maintaining a highly technical profile to build successful teams through technical competence and mentoring. Being an experienced system architect and developer on a wide spectrum of healthcare products, I worked with C-level leaders ranging from early start-ups to large international organisations in management and hands-on technical roles; from early concept through to commercialisation and scale-up, all under ISO13485. In my current role as Director of R&D I am building a new pipeline of disruptive Healthcare products and services, engaging with market leaders and emerging players to develop new strategies and commercial ventures globally.
