In my 30 years of professional journey, I\'ve learned that life is all about embracing challenges and making a positive impact. I started my career as an Indian Air Force officer, in the 6 year Short Service Commission stream, where I was responsible for maintaining surface-to-air missiles and radars across one of the strategic locations in the Western Air Command. Thereafter, I’ve moved to the private sector and built successful business lines around enterprise software products, as well as grown early-stage software product companies.We started Experion Technologies back in 2006 along with my close-knit co-founders around our common love for product engineering and technology driven innovation. Since then, fortunately enough there was no looking back. The shared goal of Experion is to grow globally, delivering compelling business outcomes for customers, contribute to skill development, foster employment, and most importantly give back to the society. We prioritize transparent communication and ethical practices. For years, we’ve been striving to do what\'s right for our customers, partners, and society. I’m happy that Experion has grown from a team of 10 to a 1500+ member team.I’ve served as a former Secretary and Board Member of the Group of Technology Companies (GTech), an industry body that champions Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Management (BPM) organizations in Kerala. I wish to actively contribute to the significant changes happening in and around the Kerala IT industry.Beyond the boardroom, I\'m passionate about classical music. I believe in sustainable living, striving to make our planet a better place for generations to come. Currently, I’m involved in creating an ecovillage that embodies minimalistic living. This project merges my passion for the environment, sustainability, music, community living, and agriculture. As an explorer of uncharted destinations, I believe in the beauty of discovery and expanding horizons.
