As Director of Software Engineering, I lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, innovative solution design, and robust technology oversight across diverse application development teams. My team’s role centers on empowering various teams to develop scalable, reliable, resilient, and forward-thinking solutions across varied technology stacks and databases. I provide strategic direction and manage technology governance to maintain and enhance operational excellence in IT processes/solution implementations using emerging technologies like palantir, hyper automation stack, cloud native stack and AI focused on efficient outcomes supporting various product initiatives on kidney care OS, integrated kidney care, admissions portfolio, revenue operations portfolio, hospital and teammate related IT applications. My key responsibilities include: Leading cloud-native solution design and guiding technical strategy across multiple technology platforms both green field, brownfield and migrations. Aligning engineering initiatives infused with AI supporting strategic business goals across various product groups. Ensuring Application development meets high standards of scalability, reliability, resilience, and innovation. Championing operational excellence through continuous process improvement, standardization, and adherence to industry best practices. Facilitating close collaboration with development, product, enterprise architecture and R&D teams to ensure efficient and effective software delivery. Driving innovation and strategy for adoption of latest technologies, AI adoption, mentoring to advance digital transformation and elevate overall engineering effectiveness.
