ABOUT BINOJ VASU
Binoj Vasu has close to three decades of rich and varied work experience. He has worked in leadership roles across various parts of the Human Resources domain, including Business HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Engagement and Talent Acquisition. He also has a firm grounding in Business & Organization Management, having successfully led an Edtech and Mentoring start-up as the CEO. He is currently the Country Head - Business HR and Head of Talent Management at YES BANK. Over two stints covering twelve years at YES BANK (separated by his entrepreneurial venture), he has set up, strategized and scaled various parts of the HR function, including Learning and Development, Talent Management, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Campus Engagement functions of the Bank. Before this stint, he was the Founder & CEO of Kuotient, an EdTech platform focused on \'Career Mentoring & Young Talent Development\'. During his entrepreneurial tenure, he was also a senior consultant with two academic entities (ISDI and ISME) for some time, focusing on future-ready skills for students and young executives. Binoj has completed his EPHRM from IIM Calcutta. He holds certificates in Human Analytics from Wharton Online and Organisational Development from TISS. He is a certified coach for Leadership & Transition Management. During the first decade of his career, Binoj was a Business Development Specialist, having held business leadership roles across organizations like Xerox, ExxonMobil, and Exide.Binoj is also an SME in the \'Corporate & Campus Talent Connect\' domain and has worked extensively with Educational Institutions and Organizations to facilitate Knowledge initiatives that benefit the Talent Ecosystem.
