Providing Technical support such as handling technical enquiries, customer complaints, identifying and resolving issues. Perform market development activities such as promoting new products with technical know-how to existing customer, developing new customer base as well as providing technical assistance to customer on range of products. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure optimum customer service and satisfaction. Different type of test handling at our Quality Lab ( color matching, Thermal stability, fusion time purity content, Specific Gravity, Ash Content, Moisture Content, other test) Maintained records of technical and marketing specifications. Communicate detailed knowledge of customer demand to the product development or R&D department. Responsible for in process inspection at various stages of the processes & at various departments.
