Track all instances of support by creating IT tickets and triaging. • Setup configure and upgrade user PCs.• Work directly with clients to understand and capture business requirements to recommend and acquire the appropriate technology. • OnBoard and OffBoard new users.• Maintain and enforces IT policies and procedures. • Oversee and/or implement projects from beginning to completion.• Ensure security within system and user devices.• Support on handheld devices like iPad and iPhone with setup, configuration and update.• Keep inventory of all technology equipment, software, and license users.• Maintain hardware and software system up-to-date and at efficient working state.• Provide PC repair or liaise repair with vendors. • Train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.• Manage and coordinate annual license renewal.• Monitor hardware, software, and system performance.• Keep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.• Report trends and common issues to departmental management.
