I am an independent consultant working with impact consulting organizations to design and implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems for non-profits. My work focuses on building data-informed frameworks that enable organizations to measure outcomes effectively, strengthen decision-making, and drive scalable social impact.Previously, I was part of Genpact’s Agentic AI Learning and Development initiative, where I designed and implemented learning frameworks to build AI-led capabilities across the organization. In this role, I created tailored training programs, onboarding plans, and collaborated with central learning teams and key business stakeholders to align learning with strategic goals.Earlier, during my four-year secondment with the Piramal Foundation’s Better World Initiative, I served as a Senior Consultant and Process Transformation Coach, partnering with multiple non-profits to strengthen data systems, embed evidence-based practices, and drive process transformation. I also led Learning & Development for the fellowship program, coaching consultants on Lean Six Sigma and design thinking.Before transitioning to the development sector, I built a 17-year career in the analytics industry, leading diverse teams across service delivery, consulting, and learning. My professional journey integrates data, learning design, and human-centered innovation to enable organizational growth and real-world impact.
