Over the last ten years I’ve led programs supporting features of two well-known Microsoft products: OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Office. I coordinated different teams on multiple Agile projects and interfaced with distributed development organizations.I have a consistent record of delivering complex projects and programs on time and ensuring that key product features result in products that are fully functional, provide excellent user experience, and, often, slash support requirements and costs. I believe that being able to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally is critical to leading successful projects. Getting the requirements right and nimbly making in-course corrections as needed requires being able to communicate business and technical information to all levels from executives to coders. Leading teams also requires a program / project manager to provide clear communication and direction. My skills in using Agile and SCRUM processes aid me in this.
