As an IB Level 2–trained educator, I have participated in more than five professional development workshops, continually strengthening my pedagogical practice. My certification in IB Early Years education has further enhanced my ability to create inclusive, developmentally appropriate, and effective learning environments that support all learners.I actively collaborate in developing, reviewing, and aligning the IB curriculum from Nursery through Grade 2 in accordance with IB guidelines. As a core team member, I contribute to revising school policies and curriculum frameworks from Nursery to Grade 5, ensuring coherence and transparency between disciplinary and transdisciplinary learning approaches.My commitment extends to fostering international-mindedness through student agency, action, language development, and the attributes of the IB Learner Profile.
