I lead the Advanced Analytics function at Aktana, an analytics squad in the Professional Services department. The team focuses on defining and delivering analytical and consulting services to help customers unlock value from their data and investment in Aktana. This includes delivering custom AI modules (such as Content Recommendation and Timing Optimization), creating advanced analytics solutions (such as dynamic segmentation and targeting), assessing the effectiveness of strategies and impact of the Next Best Action solution implemented, and constantly innovating analytical use cases to meet the evolving customer and company expectations.\\\\n\\\\nWe are also a “customer-facing R&D” function. We collaborate closely with the Product team to facilitate knowledge exchange, provide critical input on solution strategy and roadmap, build prototypes and new technology capabilities and ensure they translate into delivering value for customers before productisation.\\\\n\\\\nIn addition to leading the Analytics function, I am also a member of the global leadership team, contributing thought leadership to Aktana’s product roadmap and analytics strategy. Furthermore, I drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
