Client - Vuyk Engineering Rotterdam B.V.• Leading mechanical design for marine transportation and offshore projects, including seafastening systems, grillages, skid/baseframes, and temporary steel structures.• Own end-to-end design responsibility: concept development, 3D/2D detailing, calculations, reviews, and final deliverables.• Define load paths, design assumptions, and boundary conditions in coordination with vessel, structural, and operational engineers.• Perform and review structural checks, hand calculations, and FEA, ensuring compliance with project and classification requirements.• Interface with European clients and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and align design intent.• Mentor engineers and designers, review models/drawings, and ensure quality, consistency, and constructability.• Support fabrication and installation by addressing RFIs, site queries, and design updates.
