I lead Product & Engineering for Amazon Access (formerly known as Underserved Populations). Me and my team of product managers, UX designers, program managers, and engineers are focused on the technical roadmap to remove the barriers that make shopping on Amazon difficult - like how we launched new shopping and payment methods including Amazon Layaway and SNAP EBT. I have spent my last 10+ years at Amazon delivering results, learning and leading; I\'ve been fortunate to start at Amazon from an individual contribution Financial Analyst and grow into a team builder and leader of complex businesses managing product managers, marketers, business developers, and vendor managers. I have experience across multiple disciplines including Product Management (Technical), Vendor Management (P&L ownership), and Finance. I also served as the Principal Business Operations Manager (or, Chief of Staff) to the VP/Head of Consumables & Explore, acting as a business liaison, thought leader and advisor. I have spent a majority of my Amazon tenure within our Consumables business, improving the customer experience inputs across selection, pricing, and convenient shopping experiences; I consistently work backwards from the customer to drive transformative shopping experiences, supporting customers in finding and buying everyday essentials ranging from household, wellness, groceries, beauty products, and baby products.
