A Learning & Development professional with a span of 23 years in E-Commerce industry and Business Process Outsourcing sector (Customer Service, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare and Finance). The experience comprises setting up of training functions and manage learning for captive and outsource organizations of Global repute such as Amazon, Genpact & WNS. A pioneer with proven expertise in \"Train and Hire\" model – a model where we train on soft skills and functional knowledge to propel the hiring engine, bridge the supply-demand gap and increase Employability. Envision and successfully implement training models for reach, scale & cost effectiveness. Training execution models include Digital platforms, Virtual Training, Vendor outsourced training and off-the-shelf solutions. The training approach involves identifying, review and approve best-in-class global training & assessment service providers to manage peak volumes and niche requirements of the organization. Have been responsible for setting-up of training functions that are built around well-defined metrics to measure quality, performance, cost, delivery and capacity utilization for Operational Excellence and Sustenance. I am a passionate examiner, assessor, facilitator with tremendous audience connect. A content designer with an in-depth subject knowledge on communication & soft skills, process & behavioral training. I have been involved in social responsibility projects and look for every possible opportunity to contribute to the society professionally and personally, by imparting employability skills. Educational Qualifications- Currently pursuing L.L.B from Geeta Institute of Law Masters in Business Administration from IIM - Lucknow Masters in English Literature Bachelor Degree in Science Certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional Recipient of National Level Award presented by the Hon\'ble President of India​ for “National Level Essay Writing\" competition - 1984.
