Maintain up-to-date contract versions, obtain approvals and store securely. Circulate and discuss contract summaries, risks, obligations with senior stakeholders Responsible for evolving and baselining Target Operating model, Change and workflow processes between organizations, identification of cost saving opportunities in the functional areas of IT & Change, cloud & infrastructure provisioning and across organizations, monthly review with CXOs on Cost position and progress, support balance sheet reconciliation
