ABOUT BINDHU CHINNADURAI

Having been in the industry for more than two decades, I have worn the hat of a technologist and a manager and I enjoy wearing both of them. My specialty is my ability to bring in both technical and non-technical perspective to a project. I have successfully driven projects in the “experience zone” namely lead generation, campaign management and usage analytics in the digital marketing domain, implementing APIs and micro-services to drive performance and scalability thereby providing a powerful Omni-channel and auto-scaling experience or predictive analytics in an IoT implementation. The same has been the case in my ability to drive projects in the “efficiency zone” some of which are the ability to drive DevOps or NoOps in a project, enable Continuous delivery to make Agile worthwhile, real-time KPI dashboarding from the ALM tools and tailoring Agile models namely SCRUM, XP, Kanban, ScrumBan, Spotify, SAFe to its pragmatic need on a project. I have successfully delivered large programs adopting techniques to make distributed Agile work in a large team. I am a developer at heart and still code which keeps me grounded and balanced in my management role. I am a mentor for many aspiring architects and leads and a coach of Agile and modern technologies in my current organisation.
