Implement and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in the management of projects based on lessons learned and industry best practices. Ensuring proper risk management by documenting all risks, issues and employing an effective mitigation strategy. Ensuring alignment to SGI’s corporate vision, values and project delivery standards. Participates in the Strategic Review Board (SRB) Meetings along with the EPMO Senior Director to help in the Minutes, Actions and liaise in getting a Pivot chart for the Project Portfolio every month.
