We had no funding, no connections, no playbook for selling AI to government. We figured it out anyway.The way we work is unusual. Every client engagement runs on fixed sprints defined scope, defined timeline, no open-ended retainers. We call it the Heizen system internally. You know exactly what you\'re getting and when. Cops don\'t have patience for vague roadmaps, so we don\'t do vague roadmaps.Currently expanding to more districts across UP. Also doing research on the side published work on emergent AI agent behavior, more coming.BCA student at Bareilly College.    Built an AI operations platform for Indian police departments from scratch.We make systems for evidence management, field surveillance, bail verification, travel allowance, and HR deployed and live with UP Police.Got a Letter of Commendation from SSP Bareilly on Republic Day 2026. One of our systems ran active surveillance at Amarnath Yatra.We run every project on the sprint model fixed deliverables, fixed timelines. No scope creep, no retainer traps. Clients know what ships and when before we write a line of code.Started this at 19. Still here.
