With experience leading teams, facilitating interactive sessions, and mentoring others, I’ve found that my true passion lies in helping people discover their strengths. Along the way, I cherish nurturing collaboration and building meaningful connections that inspire growth for everyone involved.My journey in mental health advocacy and experiential learning, I’ve worked to cultivate an environment of growth—whether by facilitating over 100 interactive sessions or mentoring teams through constructive feedback and skill-building initiatives. From leading the recruitment and development of 20 peer trainers from 99 passionate applicants at CAPS to engaging 1500+ students through sessions on resilience, emotional regulation, personality development, and workspace-ready skills, I’ve realized that impact isn’t about standing at the forefront—it’s about walking alongside others, growing together, and helping each other unlock opportunities.I\'m here to listen, learn, and collaborate.
