With over six years of operational experience in managing complex projects more specifically in healthcare, I currently work as a Senior Programme Manager at NHS England. I hold a PRINCE2 certification and apply evidence-driven methodologies to execute project lifecycles from initiation to closure. As Programme Leader of various large-scale change management programmes, such as the Equality Impact Assessment Programme, I oversee over 300 hours of panel meetings across 26 directorates, resulting in 100% compliance. I also drive continuous improvement on the national People Census project, supervising cross-functional teams and ensuring data protection regulation for staff records.
