As the Vice President of ER & D and Global Delivery Head for Embedded Software at Tata Technologies, I had the challenge of overseeing large and intricate Embedded development projects in the automotive and IHM Domain. I have more than 22 years of experience in this field, and I am also an IICA certified Independent Director with expertise in corporate governance.I built high-performance project teams, engaged with customers to understand their requirements, and devised effective project execution strategies. I also monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, schedule, revenue, profit margins, and stakeholder satisfaction.I have been able to take cost effective and productivity improvement measures to ensure increase in profitability. I have successfully executed diverse projects, including control panels, chassis, body, engine, ADAS, infotainment, high-voltage and traction inverters, chargers, and battery management systems (BMS). I leveraged technologies like base software, MCAL, FUSA (ISO26262), application development, complex device drivers, cybersecurity, AUTOSAR, and hardware design. My passion lies in delivering excellence and innovation in embedded software solutions that create value for our customers and society.
