About Bimal Syam

I am part of the Target in India team, supporting Target on Enterprise Insights, Strategy and Growth. I work with a team of Researchers. I am responsible for driving consumer and competitive insights and informing the enterprise strategy through the same. I also interface with external ecosystem including start ups and academia to bring the wealth of knowledge that\'s out there, to Target. My professional journey has been pretty exciting so far! Starting from being a hands-on web designer, evolving into a graphic designer handing all media including print, playing the role of a creative leader in many organizations, including the one I co-owned, nurturing my entrepreneurial skills all along, playing multiple roles at Target to support their digital properties, working in the United States for almost three years, I feel I have come to a point where my confidence is today driven by the collective experiences and diversity of the people that has been part of my journey. Looking forward to continuing my journey by taking up bigger challenges and roles to learn and expand my capabilities through leading the digital and marketing endeavors in the future as well.
