Responsible of entire operation of Finance & Accounts and Compliance Function for Indian Entity.• Overall responsibility of maintaining day-to-day control of books of accounts in IFRS and IGAAP.• Ensure correct accounting for Fixed Assets and Depreciation both in IFRS and IGAAP• Leading Month closing activities and ensuring the books of accounts are complete at every month end as per IFRS. Preparing/Reviewing the month-close reports and ensure the submission to HQ on time.• Responsible for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.• Procurement-Responsible for all the Procurement of goods and services for Indian Entity.• Responsible for Statutory & Internal Audit for Indian Entity. • Direct Taxation: Accountable for Compliances under Income Tax Act and GST. Responsible for timely filing of returns & payments for Income tax, TDS & GST.• Coordinating with the consultants for Income Tax Returns, Assessments, Transfer Pricing audit and assessments. • Internal Control Policies & Process:• Responsible for adequate internal controls policies are in place and the policies are operating effectively. • Reviewing the Internal Financial Control (IFC) documentation on timely basis and modify for any process change. • Responsible for Treasury function, managing Working Capital requirements & managing cash flows.• Responsible for preparation of Annual Budget and monthly/weekly Forecast as per Global guidelines within due date.• Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly MIS reports and other adhoc reports as per the requirement of the Head office.• Responsible all Company Secretary related compliances, ROC filings, MCA filings.• Arranging board meetings and AGM. Preparation and review of resolutions.
