I can provide directions or lead a team to build a Lean Organisation on any industry domain, which supports “work from anywhere”, “digitally connected real-time through all available communication channels (“Omni channel”)”, that have the capability to dynamically adapt to business change “on demand” and “continually improve” using the most current management & business technology practices” with aim to be more competitive, focused, productive and to meet stakeholder expectations” I am a senior change / transformation /business disruption and a business turn-around Leader/consultant with more than 25 year’s global experience handling various assignments in many Industry domains for small to enterprise scaled businesses. I have extensive exposure on programme/ operations management, ERP/CRM/Business Software Systems & Application Configuration, Lean process & process improvement, Pe-Sales, Enterprise Architecture, IT product and Platform design, Change Governance, Cloud Infrastructure, Client Account Management and Business Development. I have held budget responsibility of £6M and transformation programmes up to £150M and managed around maximum of 80 direct 250 indirect employees during my career. I have recently focused much attention to build disruptive business models based on Lean self-serviced organisations to work from anywhere on demand cloud platforms. I have a MBA specialising in IT strategy, TOGAF 9 certified Enterprise Architect and a Charted Fellow of the Chartered Institute of IT (formerly British Computer Society).
