I founded 110th Street Films to explore new approaches to documentary film. I was awarded a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to create Monk in Pieces, about the visionary composer and performer Meredith Monk. The film recently had its world premiere at the Berlinale, where it was nominated for a Teddy Award. Other credits include High Noon on the Waterfront (TCM, HBO) featuring John Turturro and Edward Norton, Doctor’s Orders (Discovery+, Max, Hulu, Amazon), and Trump Bites (NY Times, ARTE) with animator Bill Plympton.
