Appointed to take the lead in rolling out the parent US company’s product development gate process across Brand Rex sites in the UK and to tailor it for European legislation. Tasked with managing the massive industry wide CPR Program which involved testing and re-classifying their entire cable product range for fire safety in Europe. Also managing the huge yearly re-test program for all cable variants and ensuring compliance. In charge of the re-branding from Brand-Rex to Leviton across all UK sites.
