Working closely with product design teams to overcome technical challenges and influence requirements based on customer interactions, industry trends and market requirements. Developing software tools and automated test and control programs to provide custom solutions for customers, authoring technical marketing collateral such as application notes, white papers and test reports. Technologies and protocols include: Timing & Synchronisation, Time of Day, NTP, PTPv2 - 1588, CES, GPS/GNSS, SyncE, SDH, OAM, Jitter, Wander, Packet Delay Variation, Time Sensitive Networking.
